Privacy policy

What we collect

• Accounts: your email address, the domains you add for monitoring, and (from earlier waitlist signups) the page you signed up from.
• DMARC report data: the contents of aggregate (rua) reports mailbox providers send for your domains — sending source IPs, message volumes, and SPF/DKIM pass/fail results. Never message content.
• Analytics: page views recorded as sha256(ip + user-agent + day) — we never store your raw IP address, and the identifier rotates daily so it can't track you across days. We also log the user-agent and referrer of page views.

We use no third-party analytics and no advertising networks.

How we use it

• To email you the sign-in links, weekly reports, and product updates you asked for.
• To understand, in aggregate, which pages and tools people find useful.

Who processes it

Data is stored on a single server in the EU (France). Email is delivered through Resend, acting as a processor. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Retention & your rights

• Ask us to delete your account or waitlist entry at any time — email hello@plaindmarc.com.
• Account and report data are deleted within 30 days of cancellation.
• You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you at the same address.
