Last updated 2026-07-19. PlainDMARC is live: the Free plan is free forever (no card), and paid plans start with a 14-day free trial.

What's available today

• Free checker tools (DMARC, SPF, DKIM, BIMI and MTA-STS record checkers, the DMARC generator, and the report analyzer). These run in your browser and are provided free of charge, "as is," for informational purposes.
• The monitoring service: create an account, add your domains, and receive weekly plain-English DMARC verdicts — plus white-label client reports on the Agency plans. Creating an account on the Free plan creates no payment obligation.

Acceptable use

Please use the tools only for domains you own or are authorized to assess, and don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic.

No warranty

The checker tools query public DNS and explain the results in plain English. They are provided without warranty of any kind; results may be incomplete or, in edge cases, wrong. Do not rely on them as your sole source of truth for a production email configuration.

The monitoring service

• The Free plan costs nothing and requires no card. Paid plans (Solo, Agency, Agency+) are billed at the prices shown on the site — one flat price covers every domain on your plan — and start with a 14-day free trial: your card is charged when the trial ends, you get a reminder email before that happens, and cancelling before then costs nothing.
• You may cancel at any time; account and report data are deleted on request — email hello@plaindmarc.com (see the privacy policy).
• White-label client reports are branded with your logo and sender name but are always sent from a PlainDMARC address with your address as reply-to — we never send mail as your domain.

Billing, cancellation & refunds

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider and merchant of record, Polar. Polar handles payment, applicable taxes, and refund processing; their terms of service apply to the purchase.
• 14-day refund policy: if PlainDMARC isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase — email hello@plaindmarc.com or use the Polar receipt link, no questions asked.
• Cancel anytime: cancelling in the billing portal stops the next renewal immediately; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free tier. Renewal charges are not refunded outside the 14-day window except where required by law.

We may update these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
