DMARC monitoring compared for agencies (as of July 2026)

Different tools price DMARC monitoring in different ways — some flat, some per domain, some free. This page lays out what each one costs across 1, 10, and 25 domains, and which ones let you hand a branded, client-ready report to the people you manage domains for. Every number here was checked on the vendor's own pricing page in July 2026; vendors change pricing often, so confirm on their site before you decide.

The comparison

Where PlainDMARC loses — and you should pick something else

If you run a single domain, or you shop on price alone, we are usually not your best deal. DMARCeye starts at $4/domain and has a free tier, Postmark DMARC Digests and DMARC Report both have free tiers, and Cloudflare's DMARC Management is free if your domain already uses Cloudflare DNS. For one or two domains, those beat our $12 Solo plan on price. We are also newer than the incumbents, and we don't offer forensic (message-level) reports.

Where a flat plan wins: agency client portfolios

The picture changes when you manage 10 to 25 client domains and want to prove the work to each client. At that scale, per-domain and tiered tools climb fast — for 10 domains you're looking at roughly $75 (DMARC Report), $140 (Postmark), or €98 (DMARCTrust), and for 25 domains $200, $350, or €242 respectively, as of July 2026. PlainDMARC's Agency plan is a single $29/mo bill that covers up to 25 domains, and it hands each client a weekly plain-English verdict branded with your logo and sender name. Among the sub-$29 options, none currently do white-label client reports at a flat price; DMARCTrust does offer client reports, but its per-domain add-ons put a 10-domain portfolio near €98/mo. That specific combination — flat price plus forwardable, agency-branded proof of work — is the reason PlainDMARC exists.

Rule of thumb: 1–2 domains or lowest price → use a free tier or a per-domain tool above. 10–25 client domains and you want branded proof of work → a flat plan like PlainDMARC keeps the bill predictable as you onboard.
