Which DMARC tool hands your client a report?

For an agency, the monitoring is table stakes — every tool here does it. What actually differs is whether you can hand each client a branded, plain-English report as proof of work, without exporting anything yourself. That's the first thing to compare; price is the second — and on price alone we don't win (Uriports is cheaper at every size). The table below shows white-label client reporting alongside what each costs at 1, 10, and 25 domains. Every number was loaded from the vendor's own pricing page on the date shown in that row, in the currency the page displays; vendors move pricing often, so confirm before you decide.

The cost in time, not just dollars

The real alternative for many agencies isn't another tool — it's reading raw DMARC aggregate reports by hand: unzipping XML attachments, cross-referencing source IPs, then translating it into something a client can read. Even at a conservative 10–15 minutes per domain per week, a 10-domain portfolio is 2+ hours of weekly XML reading. To be fair, any tool on this page eliminates most of that — that's an argument for using some DMARC tool, not specifically ours. What's specific to us is that the output is already a client-ready report, so the “translate it for the client” step disappears too.

Where PlainDMARC loses — and you should pick something else

Team access is basic. We do have team seats now — an owner plus view-only members (1 / 2 / 5 / 10 by plan), and Agency plans can invite a client scoped to only their own domains. But it is deliberately minimal: just two roles (owner and read-only viewer), no admin tier, and no SSO/SAML or SCIM. Several tools here go further — EasyDMARC, Dmarcian and DMARCguard sell richer seat tiers, Valimail includes five users on its free tier, and Uriports has the same client-scoping idea. If your agency needs granular roles, delegated admins, or single sign-on, we are not there yet — and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

On price we also lose, plainly. Uriports is cheaper than us at every portfolio size — €25–28/mo covers 25 domains against our $39, and its small tiers start at €1/mo — and it ingests more report types (TLS-RPT, CSP and more). DMARCeye starts at $4/domain and DMARCguard's founding rate is about $82.50/mo at 25 domains, both below our Agency plan. And Cloudflare's DMARC Management is free if your domain already uses Cloudflare DNS — hard to beat free. If a technical dashboard you read yourself is all you need, several of these are the honest pick.

At the single-domain bottom of the ladder, our Free plan covers 1 domain with no card — matching the free tiers from EasyDMARC, Postmark, DMARC Report and DMARCeye — but Dmarcian's Personal tier and DMARCguard's Hobbyist tier each cover 2 domains free, so both are more generous than us there. We are also newer than the incumbents, and we don't offer forensic (message-level) reports, hosted or dynamic SPF, or hosted MTA-STS policies. Retention is not a differentiator either: our raw reports are kept 90 days and several peers keep a full year.

Where a flat plan wins: agency client portfolios

The picture changes when you manage 10 to 25 client domains and want a branded report to hand each client. At that scale, per-domain and tiered tools climb — for 10 domains you're looking at roughly $75 (DMARC Report), €92 (DMARCTrust), or $600 (Dmarcian's Enterprise tier), and EasyDMARC and PowerDMARC move you onto custom Enterprise/MSP quotes, as of August 2026. (Uriports is the exception — it stays cheaper than us here too; price is not our argument.) PlainDMARC's Agency plan is a single $39/mo bill that covers up to 25 domains, and it hands each client a weekly plain-English verdict branded with your logo and sender name — auto-sent every week once you switch on auto-send. The narrow thing we do better than the cheaper options is the deliverable: among them, DMARCTrust and Uriports offer client-facing views, but a forwardable, agency-branded, plain-English report at a flat price is specific to us. That, not price, is the reason to pick PlainDMARC.

Rule of thumb: 1–2 domains or lowest price → use a free tier or a per-domain tool above. 10–25 client domains and you want branded proof of work → a flat plan keeps the bill predictable as you onboard.
